What sponsors are all right with this?

I would like to know what sponsors would be all right with their 10-20 clips being on a site like www.pornotube.com ?

I would be using the clips embedded on my own sites, but in order for me to be able to do that they would have to be in the pornotube.com catalog

Basically, something like this: http://www.pornotube.com/media.php?m=937

and the title and description would be the site url...but I would using the clip to sell with my affiliate id on another site

who is all right with this?

I don't see any problem with sponsors accepting this. 10-20s promo clips are standard. Those 5 min. clips are just insane, it's a quarter of a scene, wtf?! BTW, cool ideea !

yeah, I am not big on the 5-10 minute clips and shit, that ain't cool...but with the 10-20 second clips, sponsors would basically be getting free advertising...

I put some of our trailers on there a while back, and as a matter a fact I just put 2 more up. So yer I am ok with trailers and short clips. All our stuff is watermarked and if it has a "promotional" thought behind it then absolutley..

Hmm Ive tried adding media on sites like this before, the problem is most of them ban embedding urls and such into descriptions or credits, which in the end kind of makes them useless for anything other than branding. Matter of fact I think Pornotube does not allow any embedded html at all.

well, that is the thing I am asking....I am making the title and description a text url for the site....but using the content on my blogs for promotion...so, basically the sponsor gets free branding on pornotube and I use the video on my sites for my promotion

Thats the bottomline for me... if AEBN really is serious on making this a thing for webmasters, then they should not allow any clips above 25 seconds. Their current 100mb video size is something ONLY a surfer would need!

I agree on the size limit for sure....but then you run into the problem that some surfers will come to the site wanting to post vids of them jacking off...are they going to not allow that? bottom line is, they are going to need an insane team of copyright police to monitor that place

as for that agreement, it sounds very familiar....i am almost positive that was the exact wording that myspace used on their previous terms, before people starting freaking out

Almost all law is build on "intent". That is why the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) made sure that hosting companies were not sued into hell each time one of their users uploaded some pirated content to their servers, because hosting companies "intent" is to provide hosting - nothing else.
