So, Start out getting high listings like this.

Check printing and shipping

Check managment systems

then when you have listed high for a few of the three and 4 word phrases start to cut them back. like so


Check cash information becomes Check cashing

Check printing and shipping becomes Check printing

Check managment systems becomes Check managment.

ONce those start to rank high, break the index page to using just the single key word.

And here is a great TIP. Dont forget to use Plurals of words in your text.
