I think i am being scammed!!

I am not saying names just yet but here is why i think i am being scammed...

My fiance, Vanessa, shot for a solo DVD for a company. They made an agreement to 50/50 on sales. This video was shot on Labor Day last year and we have not heard from this guy so i decided to visit the website and ask him what the hell is up. He did contact me back saying that there has not been one sale yet. I asked him "why not? Aren't you advertising?" and he says "No, the model is in charge of advertising for her DVD" and something he forgot to mention was that the model is also responsible in paying a fee of $1,000.00USD for the production of the DVD. I have been in the adult biz for about 3 years and i know that's not that long but i have NEVER heard of the model being responsible for the production of the DVD or advertising. I think this guy should advertise for his own fucking website which has several DVDs of very pretty girls in their solo DVD. I just sent him an email saying that i do not think this is fair and i am waiting on a reply. What do you guys think? is my girls getting ripped off by this guy?? What are your ??

i need suggestions and comments please.

How come I never find suckers like this to scam ....

And this is from a client of yours ...

Rule No 1 for models : get paid up front, at least a minimum fee ...

I know that Asspimple is stoopid ... As he says, it is a FACT !

But I can't figure out how he can breathe or type , at the same time ....

She did get $500... but he "says" there has been no sales which i highly doubt. And she was not a sucker... he NEVER mentioned about her paying for advertisement and/or the production. this is new news to us. I am glad you see our situation as a joke

I did solo girl site, and everything was anticipated, even the possibility of not being interested anymore...the price for her to buy back, or bvice-versa ( shotgun clausre ) was already set...

Get someone that you know (and don't mind checking out the scene!) to buy one. then you will KNOW FOR A FACT that at the very least it has sold.

if he continues to say it has not "sold one copy", then you can call him out on it.
