Well there are a number of 'clip stores' out there. I myself have 6 now. But I haven't a clue about the handjob market. I would recommend you start by googleing, and searching for other handjobs, and see what they are doing.

Develop a game plan for what you like, and don't from others, and start there.

The thing is, he's getting sales by doing absolutely no advertising at all! But ofcourse he could do much better if he had some sort of marketing strategy.
