    I need suggestions for getting a credit card processor...

    This is for a non-adult project, but I figured you guys would be knowledgeable about this.

    The product in question will actually be mailed to the customer rather than be downloaded or subscription-based.

    The processors I've seen all seem to be focused on subscription content, though and I'm looking for a good company to handle my non-subscription transactions.

                                  Although it's one of our competitors, you can maybe take a look at paymonde, I believe they offer shopping cart software also, maybe that's also something you can use.
                                  (we can't process for you as we don't bill for tangible goods).
