They used to schedule 2 shows in the hour before Simpsons on Sunday so they could get pre-empted by football games that ran long (east coast)
Or they'd take a show and shuffle it around so it would be in 4 or 5 different timeslots in one season.
And each time, they would blame the show is the ratings sagged.
It's almost not worth starting to watch a show on FOX because you know it will get cancelled right when you start to like it.Comment
