What's ICQ?
Just kidding... yes, we have 24 hour ICQ support which when coupled with our phone and ticket system plus also publishing direct numbers for the support staff and owners means that we are always available. At times when staff is at the datacenter they may not be logged in but Emergency tickets page all support and going direct to phone is always viable as well.
