Personally I dont find them any hotter then other light skinned women, onething you need to remember is that "these" pictures are not indicitive of a normal Russian girl/woman. These are their models, go walk down the street in Moscow or St. Petersberg on any given day I'll promise youll see your fair share of overwieght and or just plain nasty looking people.
You also need to consider the poverty and criminal element in Russia, which is going to widen the pool of talent to choose from versus a country like the USA or England for instance.
