Yeah, the news media plays a huge role in elections. I think that as the new story of the month, they ran with Palin. In general, I think after about 2 years of coverage there was a bit of Obama-fatigue in terms of news coverage. But at the end of the day, whether one agrees with his position or not, there is substantive difference in his plans than what has occured under Bush and what McCain's plans are.
The fact that Obama continues to break records for financial support means the momentum has only increased.
