    How to never get busted for prostitution...

    Bring a video camera & a model release.

    Oh, and it helps if you're not somewhere that it's illegal to shoot porn.

      Its illegal to shoot porn everywhere in the US except for California...the only state which you can get a permit to shoot actually...so that would work only in Ca but you must have a permit beforehand... so there goes that idea ;-)

              You only need a permit in LA county.

                  If prostitution is legal in say Clark county, then well I would imagine shooting porn in the same county would be hard to say is against any law.

                  Though I guess it would just be easier to stick to prostitutes in either Clark county or a few miles off shore in an ocean of your choice. Since it would avoid possible pandering laws as well as the whole issue of prostitutes not wanting to appear on camera.

                              The laws are very grey in most of the US with a few exceptions. While most DA's would never even attempt to prosecute most such cases, the law would technically be on the side of the DA.

                                      Just watch out for pandering laws and also keep in mind the whole principle of unclean hands. Lawyers should be able to spell this all out for you.

                                              Better still is to phone the local models agent and tell them to send a few girls who will do hardcore, for a casting. With HIV tests and you have one as well. Put the camera on a tripod and tell the girl it a "Give me a good fuck and I will give you a job." type scene.

                                              You will get a better fuck, longer fuck, better looking girl, get to select from a selection and probably cheaper one as well. Film it as well and remember it.

                                              The above is pure speculation and I have no clue if it works.

                                                          California is the only State that you can produce porn without fear, in all others you CAN be charged with prostitution, pandering, and a few other things.
