Overview
The thumbnails will be 60x80 pixels
I'd like to have the thumbnails load dynamically from a directory. So if there are four thumbnails in the directory there should be 4 image slots visible. So those will need to be dynamic as well. The flash file should NOT exceed 700 pixels in width. It should be able to make new rows to compensate for more or less pictures being added. With that said, there should not be more then 10 thumbnails per row.
When you hover over the thumbnails I'd like a word bubble (basicly a rounded rectangle with a triangle point on the bottom; like in comics) to appear over and slightly to the right of the thumbnail. In the word bubble will be another picture, a short description and two links. I'd like for this to load dynamically from a text file (.txt) in this format "image|description|url1|url2" so it's basically a CSV file. Inside the word bubble the image will be static and load from the path to "image" in the CSV file. The image will be aligned to the left and the description will be next to it, aligned to the right. The link text (visible text that is an actual link) can be static. Link text 1 should say "Visit" which will be linked with url1 and text 2 should say "Preview Gallery" which will be linked with url2. And these links will be under the image and description and aligned to the right. It will also need to display the title. The title should be over the picture and description and aligned to the left. I will name the thumbnail files their appropriate title so just have it display the thumbnail filename. Just make sure you don't display the extention of the file (i.e. .gif or .jpg) and make sure it's proper case (i.e. Title rather then title)
When you hover over the thumbnails I'd like a 50-80% opacity square to be visible. Similiar to http://www.templatemonster.com/flash...tes/11226.html (Note: click "enter site" and hover over the top thumbnail next to the words "Welcome to our page!" for a good example)

I'm pretty lenient when it comes to colors as long as its sleek and sexy. It will be used on a white background so the background needs to be white. I was thinking that the thumbnails could have an outter padding of white (like 5px) then a 1px light gray border but thats really up to you. Also for the word bubble. I was thinking light gray the title could be a darker gray and the text could be black and the links could be a darker almost black color. Again thats all up to you just make it sleek.
This needs to be FAST. There are alot of dynamic functions in this gallery so it's important that its solid and runs smoothly and quickly.
