I asked for this from the get go. Right after I paid they decided to tell me that this was not an option.

#2. While admittedly I leave most of the technical stuff to the techs, we bind IP's to servers, not software. I would have told you that if you don't know what you are doing with a Windows server, don't get a Windows server . . . or hire an admin.
