I have 4,000+ domains. These two are for sale initially:
DreamVacations.com ($13.52 per day from 52 uniques).
CareerSeeker.com ($10.24 per day from 59 uniques).

Both domains are 90%-95% type-ins which is amazing.

growth rate based on 01/01-05/31/2005 & 2006:
DreamVacations.com (+165% increase in revenue 2005 vs 2006).
CareerSeeker.com (+286% increase in revenue 2005 vs 2006).

It is not required that you purchase both domains, here is the breakdown:
CareerSeeker.com ($10.24 x 365 = $3737) @ 9x-12x = $33633-$44844
DreamVacations.com ($13.52 x 365 = $4935) @ 9x-12x = $44415-$59220
Once again, pricing depends on how soon you can pay and if you buy both domains I'll give you a substantial discount. I may consider selling them both for $50k, $60K, $70K, etc... just make a serious offer... but if you lowball me, keep in mind, I'll be waiting for all offers to come in.

Both domains are parked at DomainSponsor and the landing pages still are not 100% optimized with lots of room for improvement. I have stats, excel files, screenshots + 12 months historical data. Looking for 9X-12X annual revenue depending on how fast you can pay. I may consider lower multiple if both names are acquired and done so before July 1. This offer went out to 10+ prominent domain buyers. Absolutely no traffic tasting, I don't want to waste time because offers are already coming in. Deal will be done thru Escrow.com, buyer paying all fees. Make an offer asap.

triumph.. my apologies if you weren't in the loop. please keep in mind i am flooded with emails everyday 1,000+ and I have to check 10+ accounts, manage a mainstream business, a few startups, conference calls, business meetings, etc... it's not an excuse... I don't ignore you, I just get sidetracked. if you are interested in the domains above or any other domain , email me now while I am online and coherent.

Some great domains. You should try http://parked.com, it may make the 8X you are looking for a bigger number.

Make big money on your Domains! Why wait 40 days to get paid with the other guys? Parked.com pays the most for your traffic, and cuts checks twice a month!

I was made an offer I could not refuse.

I will be sure to keep you all informed of the next round of domain sales and as always back everything up with detailed stats & historical data and my great personality.

I am tempted to sell the whole portfolio in order to fund development of a few choice ventures I'll be launching (both online & offline) so I will package that info together for anyone who is interested. be sure to email me your contact info so I can put you on my short list of buyers.
