Is this normal? I just signed up for an account and was asked for a photo ID. I could understand if I was buying some dedicated servers, but a $10 virtual hosting account? I've never seen this before.

I'm just looking for something to throw a few blogs up on and maybe some small sites. No galleries or anything like that so bandwidth is really not an issue. Unlimited mysql databases and phpmyadmin would be nice if it's part of the account. If all goes well, could shift more business that way. Currently using 7 different hosts and this is the 1st that has ever asked for ID.Comment
