If you recall, there were also the Madrid train bombings, and the London Tube attacks, not to mention countless other disasters (China floods + quakes, where a phenomenal number of people lost their lives) around the same time.
I'm not attempting to discount the loss of life at all, however, I firmly believe that the examples set by the UK and Spain in response to their respective attacks was and is much more poignant than that of the US.Comment

Let me ask you something 12clicks. When you invest in business, do you jump into a business you know nothing about? Where you don't know the competitors, where you don't know the market, the means of promoting your business, the type of customer; what they are looking for, what isn't yet on the market, etc etc etc? My guess is no, if you invest sensibly. Now ask yourself do you actually know anything about the region you're so keen to go to war with?
