I didn't say you were. I report the site as child porn and informed the girl.

How did they get the pictures and from where?? As far as I know the person has to submit the pics to the site to be in the contest. Does this girl have a site? And if she does and is a minor her site should be reported as well.

The pictures are from a porn message board. She posted them there for members of the board.

My next question would be How do you know for a fact she is under 18? Then I would ask did you contact the porn message board to get the pics removed from there?

As the webmaster and co-founder of Breast King.com I was horrified to see your post and claim that "Pixie" is in fact a minor. Breast King.com is a Breast Appreciation web site and minors are strictly forbidden from entering the site and submitting their photos to the contest. What's more, all contest entries are sent to us via an online submission form -- we never grab content from bulletin boards or other people's sites, and contestants are required to accept our user agreement which attests that they are of age, and submitting their OWN photographs, before participating.

In the case of "Pixie" I saw no indication from her submission that she was underage. Even her email address seemed consistent with the rest of the information provided, and she appeared to post a friendly message on our bulletin board this morning. (I'm curious to know why you're so certain that the pictures appeared without her permission?)

Nonetheless, I can't rule out the possibility that someone OTHER submitted the photos under false pretenses and have removed all photos and text from Pixie from the site.

I have also contacted our young friend via email to try and clear this matter up completely -- I will gladly share my findings with you once I've heard back from her.

Please know that this matter is deeply upsetting to us -- The King and I abhor child pornography and the exploitation of innocents, and have taken what measures we can to keep our site free of such offensive content. Unfortunately, it seems that we can't control the misguided action of others. All we can do is take prompt action on our own end, when a problem becomes apparent.

That said, please rest assured that the content in question has been completely removed from our server. And should I ultimately find out that Pixie was in fact a legitimate contestant I will gladly offer her a public apology and reinstate her in the next possible contest.

My heartfelt thanks to Temptress for bringing this matter to my attention.
