As I've said in similar threads on this topic. I refuse to give a larger percentage to a company with the "promise" of more exposure or money. Clips.com or whatever have been around years now. They have yet to get close to the success, traffic, or rank of C4S during that time.
I have thought about trying them twice. Looked at their license agreement. Laughed. Shredded it.
Not a chance.

The clips side of HotMovies won't likely be as profitable as c4s, but they'll admit that clips aren't their main focus, movies are. I am, however, doing a little better with their clips side now because of the webmaster commissions.
The movie side of it is a piece of cake, really,. You mail them a dvd of your content, and they create the artwork, do the writeups, etc.
In my first month of having my whitelabel
VOD, I made twice of what I did on c4s in the first month of a new store launch, (even with other successful c4s stores feeding it traffic). I didn't send it any traffic the first month, intentionally, to see what the result would be as a content provider. I made a larger number of sales with a smaller payout, which ended up being more money.
If you don't like the contract, that's another matter though, and I'd have to respect that.
