I tell you once I emailed an advertising company selling clicks, I'd seen them on the board. I mentioned the spots I sell are by month and their costs. I got an email back from this guy fromt he advertising company that I'd been reported to my host etc. for spamming. I'm not sure but if I send one email to someone it shouldn't be considered spamming.Comment

darkwood - If you're writing to someone about a post or request or comment they made and your email is in context, I would have a hard time understanding why he was upset and reported you.
If you're going to write to them out of the blue and send some 'out of the box' email or many of them, then I'd understand.Comment

CCBill affiliates often receive an email from the proggie they joined telling them about other sites run in the same proggie they just joined. This can be kept to one email, so I could understand getting one other but just one other.Comment
