1. Your graphics look cheap.
Make the background pic more crisp.
Higher quality will add a respectable and professional feel.
make some better buttons. Buttons you have are garbage.
2. Add alot of text.
dedicate a section on the main index page for some text.
Stuff many keywords into your text, but make sure you word it so it makes sense.
utilize the "title " tag by stuffing keywords into it.

Look at the buttons and text it looks like the 1980's, those are buttons for fuck sake, swap them with some better ones.

Also where is your exit traffic meant to go for the people who dont like your site???????????????!! They will just leave and you will make nothing, click my signiture, sign up to them, get some banners from mayorsmoney and pop them on the site.

Do you believe on page seo such as text plays much of a part in ranking nowdays? Its mainly just backlinks and anchor used and quaility of them which ranks you. This search which has an adobe page ranking first for "click here" they dont have that term on the page or in any meta tags its because of the amount of backlinks using that as anchor to them.
