I LOVE watermelon! I eat it almost every day , usually in the form of those convenient pre-cut up chunks they sell in the supermarket! Today my lunch was home made tacos with lean beef with a little chunky salsa mixed in, shredded lettuce and chopped up tomatoes stuffed into large sprouted grain taco shells that I baked in my own oven from the tortillas, with some watermelon for desert!
