To be honest I would rather someone tell me directly about my black ass instead of hiding it.
All of the politically correct bullshit has gone way too far. I've worked with some of the most racist fuckers on the planet, but that didn't stop the organization we worked for from serving its purpose. When persons start wearing their color (and their emotions) on their sleeve, this sort of thing happens and resentment begins to set in.
Personally, the name calling and even the stereotyping doesn't bother me anymore. If someone starts talking shit about hurting someone of a different race though, that's my limit.
It doesn't matter what they call you, it's what you answer to.
