I'll scan all posts, because if you don't, you look like a dumbass when making a post not having read all those before you (like so, so many people do).
However, I do scan join dates and compare that to postcount. If there was a rating scale on that, I'd use that kind of like a golf score:
The lesser of Join year * postcount has some weight, in my opinion. Especially those sneaky fuckers out there with a 2001 join date and <600 posts. If I see one of those, I'll read the post a couple of times, just for kicks, since it's so rare around these parts.Your post count means nothing.Comment

Thankfully I read fast so I can pretty much skim each post. Some people I pay a lot more attention to in a thread than others, though it is never by their post count or even join date. Just some people have interesting thought procesesses.Comment
