    New York and pay sites

    Any pay site owners based in NY? I am torn between moving to FL or AZ or just staying here. I work from my home now but with a pay site I have to rent office space.

    I can afford a move but I don't know if I can hold out as long if I have to. I gotta talk to a lawyer this week but I am anxious to know how the NY laws affected any pay site owners in a negative way. Ideally I would interview at my home then tape at a hotel or some other closed location, but I was told ( not by a lawyer ) that I MUST do all work in a commercial zoned area.

    any info regarding zoning would be helpful thanks!

          Ok how bout lawyers in NYC, any recommendations? I have not had an easy time finding any that do internet law and are reasonably priced.

              I feel you brotha man. Finding one who deals with internet law, and such is really a specialized field. I know the lawyer I have for it is one of a handful around here, and he certainly is not reasonable. But.. it's a nessesary evil .

                  Yeah I live in the forgotten borough as well so I have to travel to manhattan to see any real business lawyers, all we got here on SI is criminal lawyers and low budget ambulance chasers :p
