What about a solo-girl site centered around a single anime-style cartoon character? Invent a personality, do regular updates including blog comments from the "girl" - I'm sure tons of anime/hentai fanboys would love it.

that is an uttlerly original and intersting idea...
there are no limits with a character like that... all sorts of situations could be possible...
and i can imagine all the "boy" surfers just waiting to find out what happens next...
