i really am fucking sick of it, yeh to make a sandwich to go into town, i am simply too lazy. and buying sandwiches are far too expensive and they are all filled and laced with mayonaise so its hard. WHERES THE SHOP THAT SELLS CHEAP HEALTHY SANDWICHES?

That's not completely true.. if you get a BARE sub sandwich from them it might be 6g of fat or under.. But that jarod guy lost 90% of his weight walking.. he walked 3 miles to subway and then 3 miles home 2 times a day.. thats 12 miles a day. Alot of people don't know that.

Everyone knows that MC Donald's is not the best choice at all. It's just not healthy food.

I'm sure many people saw "Double size me"

But MC Donald's is still popular... Why? Because their food tastes great. It's just tasty... And actually I don't care about how healthy it is, cause I rarely go there... In normal life I eat normal food, workout in the gym, walk a lot, swim, ride a bicycle and waste calories working and studying....

So when I go to MC Donald's - it's just because I want to grad some tasty food (and the taste is unique btw) and have a snack, chilling out somewhere downtown

I went to mickyD's for the first time in like 3 months, and had a bigmac. It was collapsed and messy..but surprisingly tasty. I remembered it tasting like ass.

Ugh, we went through that phase a few years ago with our two kids. Thankfully they've grown out of it. But I lost count of how many stupid Mcdonald's toys I've stepped on at night in the dark when goin' to the kitchen for a latenight drink or snack.
