I don't think they are guilty. I'm down in NC so I have been keeping up with it. You do have a point about them being rich and white but I don't think that's why they will be found not guilty.Comment

I don't think they are guilty either. I do not like the way they (lacrosse team and their lawyers) handled the situation at the onset of this controversy. Their silence did not do well for the NC community.
However, I do believe they did something to piss the stripper off as I don't think she has the smarts to have preplanned the whole incident. But pissing people off isn't law breaking.Comment

if you have ever been on a jury (which I have) the first thing the judge instructs the jury is to go by the evidence presented in the courtroom by the prosecution and the defence, not the bullshit on tv the radio or newspapers.
