I am looking for some new hosting, current one is having issues keeping speed and uptime going. I pay 119 right now a month, need it close to that.

Hmmm if you don't know whether or not your box is managed, I will say that you should probably be looking at managed solutions and that dollar figure will not get you a whole lot in the way of bandwidth.
