    Best Program to Limit Bandwith

    Looking for a program I can install on pc's at work that will let me limit certain things they do but allow others to be fast.

    I know of Netlimiter, but is there anything better?

              I would like to know as well. It's not the BW I mind, it's the load on the processors slowing down the whole site for others.

              Get a few guys auto downloading and the whole thing slows down.

                  get a cisco router and stuff .. you can handle the bandwith per port on it

                  also in advanced routers to limit per time slot (per port) e.g. only during 08-10 am your able to download at full bandwith on you port the rest is then limited
