I had a similar expierence last week with another company in which we sent a bunch of samples to for free and paid for the shipping to them and waited 2 months w/o a response. After sending a nice email asking how everything was and why we had not heard from him he replied with some bullshit about how he was having a really bad day and that he wouldn't make time to contact us until we started spending millions on advertising. lol

I agree, it's not very proffesional, but I also hate people that contact me on ICQ/MSN and just say Hello, and not just once, but like 3 times in a weekend, and when I come on-line after the weekend, they are offline, so I have no idea what they want

I always tell them to just post whatever they want, so I have something to answer when I come on-line. No just 'hello', or 'dude are you there' ...
