OK, here is the details how this newbie tried to rip me off and some other.
The deal was PP & epass exchange that I send $88 to his epass and he sends me back $94.80 to my paypal.
I have sent $88 to his epass right after negotiation and he replied me he also sent the money to my paypal.
then he just logged off his ICQ.
I checked my paypal account immediately but nothing received. so I icqed him "the money is not arrived. please send it asap."
no answer. waited an hour. sent more IMs and posted replies to his thread. still no answer.

so I concluded I got scammed by him and I posted scammer alerts on several webmaster boards.
If anyone was in this situation, they would misunderstood exactly like me.
It was my mistake that I contacted this newbie who has post count 40.

Michael or whoever at epassporte can confirm my transfer.
Half a day later, he finally sent $93.80 to my PP with subject 'dumb fuck' and $1.00 to my epass.

He claimed that transfer was not done because of mass payment issue with his paypal account.
But still, it's his fault that he didn't confirm the transfer whether it was done sucessfully or not right after transaction.
I didn't receive any notice about that issue from him and paypal for a half a day.
Fine, it was my misunderstanding in the end, so I could give him a public apology to clear everything up.
However, he also chose starting revengeful act here and there with calling me scammer before I read his response.

I know I called him out for misunderstanding, but not a reason to do so him on others and he uses GFY as a tool to unsteam himself.
so I just ignored this little douche bag.
Moreover, he submitted a claim to Paypal yesterday and made $93.80 in my account to reversed.
Read his bullshit at bottom of the pic.
then he started this thread again but he still got my $88 in his his epass account.
Now he is going to be real scammer. lol..
Again, I know I also have fault for hasty judgment but he doesn't deserved for my apology.
and it's my mistake that I dealt with fucking newb who is trying to sell $6000 for his 10 hits a day TGP.
