The best banner designer has to be ProfitX or Adult design or whatever the fuck they are called.. they did all of the quality banners recently on GFY.
Zuzana, Headless, Pussy Server, AlienQ, Etc... not worth it. Their shit looks like it came out of 1999.
I guess it depends on what yer budget is.. you get what you pay for..
