Looks good. Personally not that big of a fan of seafood with basil (looks like you added some fresh basil to it). That anise taste along with shellfish just puts me off for some reason. Now replace those with leaks, or anything from the onion family and I would be set.
OK I also would more than likely eat around the scallops, and it really looks like the shrimp is borderline over cooked (very well could be picture as I know shrimp is a pain in the ass to take a picture of).
Did you also hit it with more oil (guessing olive oil)?
