    Art Teacher Fired Over Nude Photos

    Ok, so the art teacher's got some naked pictures of herself online. The school finds out, fires her, and is now trying to prevent her from ever being a teacher again.

    Fucking conservative bastards are just getting WAY out of control in this country. They're like god damn cockroaches....

    The district wants to revoke her teaching certification, which would keep her out of Texas classrooms permanently. Hoover will appeal the ruling and is prepared to take the case to court, she said.

          Posing naked in an art fashion which i'm sure it was is fine. It's not like she was doing hardcore porn (then its slightly differrent). Shes an ART TEACHER lol.                   Man, that's out of control....... Tastefully nude photos = art. I mean, since prehistoric days to the dawn of photography to digital imaging, there's never been a more sublime form than the human nude. Crazy censorship here.

                          your right. i think parents will be fine when they finally see the guy teaching their 8 year olds all tied up, bloody and bruised and being spanked and fisted by a big fat guy in leather chaps.


                          i am too tired to think of a better analogy... the point is that parents will hold teachers to higher standards and lines will always have to be drawn somewhere.

                                      What a bunch of BS. Any introductory college level art class is going to have nude models and it's common for students (being an art teacher, she must have at some point been a student in one of those classes) to participate in this sort of thing, this shouldn't be a surprise to any of their staff.

                                              Ok there is ART nudity and there is PORNOGRAPHIC nudity..
                                              Women art nudity is very beautiful sometimes, and i consider it ART like the next thing.. (i took Graphics\Art in school, and really, nudity is one of the most popular things on that subject).
                                              But pornographic nudity may be a bit.. disturbing to some people.
                                              If you were a big shot lawyer, and see one of your staff on a porn site, how would you react?... :\
                                              She is a teacher, everyone will know about it, all the students, they will give her HELL!.. and then she'll suicide, why do we need that?

                                                                              Perhaps, but by the looks of the photos online now, I have a feeling that they probably had the same artistic feel as the rest of them.

                                                                              She seems VERY talented, that school district appears to have lost a great teacher.

                                                                              What's REALLY bad about it all, is that they're trying to prevent her from going elsewhere to teach as well.
