                                              You better check your brains before making suggestions like that.
                                              Problem is that I have too many sites that I can control, and now I am searching webmasters to take care of some of the sites.
                                              I am willing to pay for it. What is wrong in this ?

                                              I don't need your advices. What you say is soo obvious that anyone could think of it. Also .. anyone whould think that I might not have time and I am willing to pay someother person for his time.

                                              I think that it can be the time for you to learn about outsourcing or that you can speed up your growth by paying people to work for you.

                                              Of course, not everybody knows how to manage a business. If you would knew anything about, you would have known that to delegate a task to an employe is the first rule in management ;)

                                                  I will provide a list.
                                                  The person will need to take care that the site will be accepted and to make the submissions according with the rules of the other sites.
