Chargebacks - what ridiculous regulations!
I think the regulations for chargebacks should be changed, at least for adult websites. I just had another of these wankers who bought a yearly subscription to a site, stayed a member for more than 2 months and then did a chargeback. How is it possible that you can do a chargeback within six month after buying a membership?? Wouldn't 3 days be enough to judge the quality of a site and to find out if you have been cheated??? I call this theft, sponsored by CCBill (& other billings) and the credit card companies.

Chargeback policies do suck when it comes to adult, and not in a good way.
I wouldn't blame CCBill for it though. -
There are two ways people work this scam.
If they contact CCBill and ask for a refund, they get it
hands down. If they contact their credit card company and
ask for a refund, it results in a chargeback.
So I do give part of the blame to CCBill - they could at least ask a few questions...
