I'd agree that it's the frames. I'm bored waiting for it to finish. The TG one annoys me because Summer's basically over, but the composition is fine.

I think it appears slower because of the number of frames and the lack of any movement. It has static text scrolling statically without so much as a flip of the 256 color palette.
It's.. boring. The design is decent, but it's still boring as hell. It looks like someone took the world's most common black wordpress theme and used the color picker tool.
Like I said, I was bored waiting for it to finish; I stopped caring what you were selling. If that was your intent, well, good job?
