I got a couple sites to clear from my plate here.
www.playindoctor.com average about 150 uniques a day, from various sources, holds #2 on yahoo search for "medical fetish" and was first page on msn for months as well but havent touched it, cant say what the dollars are but i get about 100-150 a month from Tushycash for it.
The main root is PR 4 but the main.html, and two gallery pages are both PR5s

Also http://penis.pillsblog.com , this is a pr5 site with many subpages inside holding a pr5 also. It was loaded with mensniche prefab content in February but hasnt had an update since my preloaded content ran out in April sometime. I have the missed articles that didnt go up saved. The site did have authority on the articles but lack of updates has let it slide. Has also been listed in all 3 search engines for diferant terms, it jsut needs to be reloaded with the prefab content, and some links wont hurt. I can install the site after sale, and forward all the content that hasnt been put up (mensniche articles). I think its still second page on google for Size Genetics and Pro Solution.
