The closest I remember being at one of his concerts was when I saw the Phlorescent Leech and Eddie. I seem to recall Zappa made a guest appearance.

This had to be one of the best all time shows I have seen. Mere words can't do justice to it.
For anyone that even likes Zappa at all...this show is a must see. Dweezil does an amazing job on his fathers music and even is starting to nail down the same hand signals his father used.
Steve Vai and Terry Bozio were outstanding of course and the interaction between the band members and audience was phenomenal.

I think after how many years the spirit of Frank has made it into Dweezil... having seen Frank a number of times in concert, I can say that this is the closest thing you will get now... a very interesting flashback.Comment
