15$ for that banner is a good price.
Anyone who says otherwise obviously doesnt know shit about the biz.
If you pay less, you're either a) getting a really shitty design done or b) going to have to wait a damn long time before getting it.
For those who say he could have done better... well... lets see you make kickass banners for 15$ a pop. Once you realize it takes you 1 hour to create a really cool banner and that you end up only making 15$ an hour, you'll do exactly as John does, make it straightforward and elegant.
and LOL at ppl asking if he created the logo... camon, its 15$ guys...
