Man, I forgot how much it sucks in the beginning. I don't mind the weight lifting really (actually I still enjoy that part), but the conditioning part is a bitch
. I'm thinking about putting in a pull-up bar (like we had in the Marines), just gotta figure out where to buy on of those damn things.
Just started working out and getting back into shape again...

I want to get a pull up bar but no idea where to get one either. There must be a secret store somewhere.you don't know you're wearing a leash if you sit by the peg all day..Comment

you could always rig something up like using the rafters in your garage or the beam in your basement or do what i did when i first started working out & didn't want to embarass myself in a gym in front of people, take 2 pieces of chain... drape them over a low hanging tree branch... carbiner them closed... & put something between the loops that will hold your weight. works your core like crazy trying to stabelize yourself.{ the cure for bedroom boredom } www.bedroomtoys4u.comComment

...but it would be better if you can go to a gym. Not so boring like home workout, a lot more workout possibilities, more motivation because there are a lot of ppl and you'll want to get in the same shape as them, not to mention the chicks
. I did home workout, then I went to gym and I can tell you I get better and faster results, and I start to enjoy it a lot.
