    Please help its urgent

    Hey

    Some how my pc has got spyware on i have tried every possible way as i keep getting a load of pop ups and its slowly doing my head in.

    Can some one please advise me what to do.

                                      I concur. If you don't have your data backed up - well, you should have, but if not, backup what you can and start fresh. You'll have the added benefit of having a noticeably faster system as well when you finish.
