Hi SD, can you provide the log file of these events? Would help to debug this case since you are the only reported this problem so far

You can do that by going to
settings>control panel>administrative tools>event viewer>application
right click save log file as

there are no sensitive data stored in this log file,only application name, memory addresses and time. You can mail it at [email protected]
