Funny thing about people and Palin...

I think I've seen probably a dozen threads on just two boards about whether or not she covered up her daughters "pregnancy"... which is ridiculous, but that's another story.

I've yet to see any threads about her abortion stance. None. I've yet to see any threads about her creationism stance. None. I've yet to see any threads about her extreme pro-gun stance. None. I've yet to see any threads about her firing a police chief over what looks like personal matters. None.

But I've seen a dozen about a fake pregnancy...

    Good God... help us all.

This same phenomenon is true with Bush.

There are tons of legitimate issues you can rag on Bush about... the current state of American foreign policy, the current state of lack of energy investment, the current state of the economy, the response to hurricane Katrina... the list goes on and on and on.

And yet, every time you are in a conversation and Bush pops up... it's because of the way he says nuclear.

I like guns. On firing the police chief he was a nutter that tazed an 11 year old because "he asked me to". He deserved firing.

I just assumed the abortion and creationism in school arguments were obvious.

I like guns and frankly I don't care why the guy was fired. I just mention them because they are usually hot topics. :-)

I read that they didn't like working for her or wouldn't work for her, something like that. Either way, it isn't really all that uncommon for new people in power to replace the prior administrative staff.

                I couldn't agree more.

                I did a small experiment:

I read she was pissed they supported the other guy. They tried to recall her got 60 signatures they needed 100. Being able to get 60 is alot when you consider its a very very small town.

What? 60 signatures out of 8000 is a lot?

                      Am I missing something?

first 1100 people voted in the election for mayor from what I read,so that's almost 6 percent. CA only needed 12% to recall their governor.

                            Much love Brother Sly.

I read one here and on a number of other boards. Use the search it was a comical thread.

In closing I would like to offer prayers that God may provide you with numerous goats for your farm.

I thought I already read a 2 or so page thread about her wanting to have creationism taught in schools. Then always with surprises there were many who thought that is just fine to do as long as it is taught along side the theory of evolution since they felt it too must be an acceptable theory. Seems most did leave out possibly teaching how buddhists, wiccans, scientologists, and so forth also view creation too and why their ideas also should not be included.

Pro gun stance means nadda though in reality I think.

Her abortion issues are something else all together and I think I have seen such threads as well.

I've read enough to know that she is anti abortion across the board.

That was about all I needed to read.
