I like Ramos ... I know that he can bring deals to the table and has good connections ... as far as closing those deals I can't say ..I'd have to interview him and get a feel for it. you can't hire or not hire based on party time at shows alone. I'm not sure what his skills are but i do know that he's been a fast learner and a great net worker ... those things alone can land him a great job with the right company ..
