    Where to spend the Winter?

    Iam sitting here in sunny Amsterdam and thinking about what to do in the winter. This weekend should be one of the last sunny one´s over here and i dont want to be here in the winter freezing my ass off.
    My shedule for now looks like:

    Webmaster Access Amsterdam -> Pattaya / Bangkok

    I dont know if i should rent a house in pattaya for a couple of month and move on from there then. Also thinking about Costa Rica but i dont even know about their raintimes and shit like that. So what can you recommend for a decent stay? Iam looking for a 2 bedroom beach house, or atleast a 100sq meter penthouse somewhere in the world, with a good climate, lots of hookers, easy drug laws and laid back people.
    Spain and Italy might also be an option but iam not a big fan of europe, neither the USA. So "offshore" countries are more then welcome

                  Costa Rica's summer starts in December and lasts until April or so... Jan-Feb are the best months.

                                          Palm Springs California is really nice in winter. Hell, I even like the summers now that I'm acclimated (and with 24hr a day aircon).

                                                          doesn't get really cold here but -40C can bite ya pretty could after a bit.
