Congrats on being able to push a button in your control panel

I think his point is more about the fact that his host has good support and is there when he needs them, unlike some of the hosts that get threads all the time about bad support.

As good as Phatservers are its bs that they do this always. Not one host will always read your mail within 20 secs and work on it right away. You also can not expect that of a host.

Edit: you can expect them to work on it asap but i doubt there is any host out there that 100% reads emails as soon as they come in and work on it right away...as in right that second.

Happened in about 3 minutes last time I tried it with Phatservers. Maybe they have magical powers?

We should get everyone to congratulate them on using the ticket system to bug techs who might have something better to do other than adding domains, but then again, they've got a service level to attain as well, so this is all good.
