If you had Sirius running, at it's highest bit rate, every second of every day for 30 days - it would only be 40 Gb. To go through that much with torrents. It would be roughly 125 movies every single month. Or 375-625 TV Shows per month.

Most people don't even have enough drive space to last more than a month or two at that rate. Seriously, get your heads out of your asses. The sky is not falling.
