When there is a cookie that snippet contains code to hide those links, when not, the links are displayed. It has been explained to me that some versions of IE refuse to access cookies in such a manner unless the target domain (orgycash) has some security parameters in the headers which we are unable to provide. We'll figure it out, probably the old fashioned way--giving a % of DVD sales and pulling the other links.
