No one should take sides till the video comes out. However, if it doesn't show Melissa sexually assaulting Brooke Skye, I would probably sue if I were them. You would do the same thing if someone accused you of sexually assaulting a model. I've been involved in a couple libel/slander cases and if they can show affiliates who dropped links because of this, it's fairly open and shut.Comment

I don't know either of you and I wasn't there and obviously have not yet seen the video...but regardless of what the video shows, or does not show...making a post where you not only ask people to take Melissa's links down but offer to PAY them to take her links down is not only complete bullshit, it is CERTAINLY actionable. Should never have been posted in the first place, but since it was, I would think you would be spending this time apologizing and trying to make things right instead of continuing.

Like I said, we were locked out of the studio so we weren't able to see first hand. As everyone knows, the camera sees only what it's pointed at too. I know that Brooke had her real breakdown after the show and that probably not recorded, but I am sure what's coming out is really going to make melissa not look bad. Which means I'll be eating a shit pile of crow. (something I am happy to do when I am wrong)
I trust the video will not be edited. I am also requesting an unedited copy from the show so I can post that too (if they let me).
All that being said, I trusted who I believed to be "porn professionals" to be able to handle the situation when I was shut out at there request. I trusted that a pro would have been able to tell tears were not happy tears. What I was unaware of was that guy was not a pro, nor a trained photographer and should never have been put in that situation. Not to mention he should have introduced himself, stated his position and exchanged contact details as I attempted to so that I would not be left believing he's the guy in charge.
This was a very ugly situation and everyone involved has blame to carry, myself included. Honestly though, melissa should carry the least and I want that clear! I'll make sure that point gets hammered home and her site stays where it should be (or improves)
I am sure no one here can honestly say they would not react the same way. When someone you care is hurt, you want to fight back.Comment
