They are using paypal as a means to process ADULT traffic. Paypal does not support any ADULT transactions. Charge back your money by calling your credit card company or bank and explaining that you got ripped then call paypal and report them for breaking paypal policy. They will freeze this sites account. -

You should be able to still chargeback using paypal, just tell them you bought traffic from them for your website and they didn't deliver. Don't mention ADULT.....
